Who performs the annual audit, and can you do it?
The SMSF must undergo a mandatory annual independent audit by an ASIC-registered SMSF Auditor. No, as your accountant and tax agent, we are legally required to maintain independence and cannot perform the audit ourselves. We prepare all the documentation and coordinate with an external auditor.
What services do you offer?

Can I live in or rent out my SMSF property to family?
No — residential properties owned by your SMSF cannot be lived in or rented by trustees or related parties. Commercial properties have different rules
How much superannuation balance do I need to start an SMSF?
There is no strict legal minimum, but many experts suggest at least $150,000 to $200,000 is recommended for cost-effectiveness depending on fees and investment strategy.
